Printing from your own device

We are trialling some software that will allow you to print in school from your own personal devices (Laptop, IPad, Android etc.) The service is available from any internet connected device in or out of school for the next 30 days.
To connect to the service you need to open your browser and copy in this address http://print.beaconsfieldhigh.bucks.sch.uk:7290
You will be directed to a login box where you will need to enter your school username and password. Once logged in you will be able to see your printer credit balance, and a box asking you to browse to the file you wish to print. Current supported documents are Microsoft Office, PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF, BMP. Once the document has been selected and uploaded you will be offered a choice of printers, these are currently the LRC Colour photocopier and the K Block Colour Copier

Unfortunately for the trial we are restricted to what printers we can use and to  allow colour printing we have had to use the colour queues, so you will be charged the colour price of 8p for an A4 print unless you select the advanced options by ticking the box next to the selected printer and then select Black and White. This will then charge the correct price for a black and white A4 page of 2p.

Please give this facility a try and address any comments to ictsupport@beaconsfieldhigh.bucks.sch.uk
